Using HT-HC01 with 863-868 MHz in EU?

Is it possible to configure the HT-HC01 to the 863-868 MHz frequency band so that it could be used in the EU?

The documentation only mentions the 902-928MHz band, although the setup guide mentions there is an option to change the country. From what I can tell, the MM6108 chipset has the capability to support the EU frequency band but I do not know if this is user configurable in the HT-HC01

WiFi HaLow series for Europe

Hi folks, I’ve seen the new WiFi HaLow series, but it operates at 902 - 928 MHz. This frequency is not allowed in Europe. Are there any plans to launch these products in other regions? And just for the sake of understanding: WiFi HaLow in this case means that I can connect a lot of devices to the HaLow router, so everything basically works like normal WiFi, but slower (and with less data transfer) because of the lower frequency, right? The second generation HaLow products (by Morse Micro) is tuned for the EU band. These are currently in alpha-testing at Heltec, but no signs of it at the beta testing stage.
