Wireless Tracker : bits/error_constants.h: No such file or directory

Hello,
I’m following the guide https://docs.heltec.org/en/node/esp32/esp32_general_docs/quick_start.html and when I try to compile I’ve got the error : bits/error_constants.h: No such file or directory
I have tested with the WiFi LoRa 32(V2) WiFi LoRa 32(V3) and Wireless Tracker board. I also try to erase every thing and start from scratch but still the same problem. Has anyone experienced the same problem ?

We noticed that this issue occurs when installing the environment through the Arduino library manager.

This is an issue that we are fixing. If convenient, please install our environment using Git.
