Wireless Stick Lite(V3) free IOs

I have some Wireless Stick Lite(V2.1) and only half of the IOs are free to use because reserved for the builtin Lora and Flash.

is it correct that the newer V3 has more free IOs?
in the pinout of V1/2 is clearly written

hope because the newer ESP32-S3 has more IOs…
can someone confirm?

The Wireless Stick V3 does have more pins that can be freely used, and its LoRa related pins have not been introduced.
