Wireless Stick Lite V3 - Don´t work Lipo Battery IN

I connect a 3.7v Lipo Battery to connector bhind card ESP32 and the card don´t turn on. The battery is correct and I have tried it with 2 ESP32 cadrs.

Any idea? thanks

The cadrd works, but the orange led is off.
