Wifi Lora V3 frequency conversion

Hello,

Quick question, I’ve bought few modules in 433Mhz (HTIT-WB32LAF) and few modules in 868Mhz (HTIT-WB32LA)

I realized that Meshtastic drastically limit the power on 433Mhz (only +12dBm) and I wanted to know if I can convert the 443Mhz units to 868Mhz since the hardware is apparently similar.

Do I need to move the resistor on the back to change from one frequency to the other ? or other physical differences prevent me to do that ?

The resistor on the back is just a reminder and cannot change the frequency. Compared to 868, 433 has a significant hardware gap in terms of RF
