You guys are really not helpful.
Do you want me to make sure my “computer” is plugged in and turned on as well.
You’re selling technical products to people that are generally coders and makers and you respond to us like we’re typical non-tech people. Good grief.
It’s not a browser cache issue. I’ve tried accessing the pin out and schematic PDFs from different machines (iPad, MacBook Pro, Raspberry Pi, etc). I suppose all their caches are bad (as if that would make a difference).
You should really check your routers and firewalls to see if they are blocking access to certain users. I suspect you have a misconfiguration on one of the directories at http://resource.heltec.cn/download/. Why don’t you take a look at your http server logs and see if it’s configured properly. Why don’t you take a look at your firewall to see if it’s throwing security errors for access certain directories. You being able to access from within your network doesn’t mean people outside your network can.
Clear my cache…ha ha ha…don’t believe your users, just assume they’re ignorant and send they random lame responses. Plug in your computer, turn it on, clear your cache. How about I post to Amazon just how bad customer support is. Have a good day.
