I placed my order on the 1st of October and paid with bank transfer via Wise, I was then contacted by Wulijun on October 28th to tell me my payment may have been rejected and to wait and see if it is returned in 15 working days, well it has been 22 working days and there is nothing. Wulijun has stopped replying, I’ve emailed Allen and he hasn’t bothered to reply. My last reply was just a screenshot from Citibank showing the transfer but doesn’t explain anything with no words or explanation to back it up. I’ve sent the image to Wise who say it is useless and doesn’t tell them anything either and there should be an MT103 if the payment has been returned. Wulijun said if I paid straight away with Paypal I could still get my order in time, bloody glad I didn’t because I feel like I’ve been scammed here!
Where is my refund from OCT 01 order?
Still waiting, Heltec still don’t reply to me directly and have failed to provide proper evidence of a refund being issued.
Well it looks like it’s pretty safe to say that I’ve been conned by Heltec.
