Unable to get a license using esplora32 v2 chip id

Hi,
I bough two esplora23 v2 boards and i got their chipids. I tried many times to insert their chipIds at http://resource.heltec.cn/search/index.html and obtain the license but I always get the same error: “Whitout this id, please check and re-enter”.
I also tried to contact support via email support@heltec.cn, but I dont get a response.
How should i proceed to get my hardware license?
