In Arduino I am getting this error after trying to upload a new program

I suspect that the fact that I was using the configurator in an x86 machine where Arduino upload and compiling are not working did not help ( get.exe and CubeCellelftool.exe compatibility problem).

Thank you in advance for your help

Is there anyone who faced this issue before? I have tried to reset the firmware by:
1- Connecting GPIO 7 to GND
2- Keep pressing USER button.
3- pressing realizing the REST button.
4- Realizing the USER button.
5- removing the connection between GPIO 7 and GND
6- trying to load a new sketch —> getting the same error

Please let me know if you see something that I did wrong. Thanks

Note: LED is now blinking at the startup RED, BLUE and GREEN but still unable to access or load a new sketch

Problem solved by doing the rest as described and changing the port.

A small issue still persisting is that I can not anymore use the other serial port. When I connect my AB01 and open the serial monitor I get this error

Error while setting serial port parameters:

Anyway, it is working on the other port…
