Set LoRaWAN with SF,BW,POWER customize

hello I am trying to use a cubecell to transmit to a lorawan gateway but I want to have the parameters defined by me, as in the lora ping pong example.

about the TX-POWER, you can just modified the MAX tx-power. Lorawan will adjust the power.
