Retransmissions Don't Follow LoRaWAN 1.0.2 spec

Hello, long time no see.

So I’ve ran into some trouble recently with the CubeCellModule Plus. I post picture below

We’re connecting CubeCellModule Plus to TTI. For whatever reason, our joins are being rejected due to mic mismatches (checked all the EUIs and Keys, they are fine).

Could it be because of the number of joins we are sending. Now having looked at it, the joins seem very frequent. Isn’t it suppose to back off its transmissions to keep with the LoRaWAN spec 1.0.2 chapter 7?

I should mention that the device has been acting like this for over 5 days. So we are definitely past the first 11 hour period.
