Relay status “no” but online stated “yes”


My Heltec diagnostics app shows my miner as not being relayed. However, the online Helium app still shows my miner as being relayed. This is now already for 4 days. Also, online it is mentioned that my miner is syncing but it has finished syncing 4 days ago as well.

Is the Helium app not updating? I do see other miners (other brands) being updated more frequently.

Does anybody have the same issues? And will this affect the mining results?
