Problem Reception Lora

Dears. I have problem with lora. I´m using of example ping.pong with two Wireless Stick Lite. I need to transmitted 500 bytes. But I receive 18 byte or 194 byte (etc.) depending of msj. tx (rssi -50) . Could you help me. thanks.

In LoRa mode, the maximum packet length is 256 bytes

and you get 242 bytes, not 256 bytes, and only with the correct DR and spreading factor
