Hello, I onboarded new hotspot name Round Coral Octopus
It says synced already but I checked on app that firmware is very old 2019.11.06.0
Also dashboard does not work. It says “please wait” all the time.
Can you update my firmware please?

This sounds like a router or port forwarding issue. There are a few videos out there on YouTube that can help with this topic

did you solve this issue? I have the same problem, I checked it via dashboard and saw that firmware is 1.3.3 but on the app it is still 2019.
