NOOB: Meshtower how to get started?

Hello,
I bought:


without a display.

  1. Where do I get the pairing code for bluetooth?

  2. How do I connect this to the Google Chrome broswer?

tried to connect to it using bluetooth in the meshtastic app.
It asks me for a pairing code, which I have no clue where to get from.

I connected the device to my computer and started Google Chrome.
The device is available in the device list, but the connection never comes back, it shows Loading and the whirling circle.

Any help would be appreciated to get me going.

I would suggest trying 123456 for the bluetooth password!

when i first got my Tower a few days ago, I used the USB into the client.meshtastic.org web page and in the CONFIG / Bluetooth when I set Bluetooth to ON it showed a paring code which was NOT 123456 … Unfortunately, I have not been able to get the USB serial connection to work since that evening. :frowning:

I wish there was some documentation better than the simple User Guide for the Tower !! I’m wondering how the unit turns on and off, for example. Does it automagically turn on when the battery voltage is high enough? What happens when the battery voltage goes too low? Looking into the USB port opening, there is a faint pink light, which I presume at least says that there is ‘power on’ but would be nice to know what it is for. So many unanswered questions !! And rather disappointing the YOUR post is the ONLY one regarding Tower in this entire Community.
