I just connect 10/02/22 a heltec indoor hotspot.
It was hard access with bluetooth. I had tried access it about 15 times and finally i get it.
Now appears NO ASSERTED LOCATION and it doesn´t appear in the explorer map.
¿What can i do? I am frustrated and desesperated.

is there any way for hard reset?
Two days ago i could access by IP in browser. Now I try again for reseting the heltec and i can’t!! with the same credentials than two days ago.
Can anybody help me?

The problem for web access was the password is in lowcase. Now I can access. But now i want to hard reset for begining the configuration since 0.
I have tried
Reboot.
Reset miner.
Restart miner.
And It doesn´t work 
You should be able to assert location through the helium app
