My hotspot is already synced and connected .. However

I got my device and managed to make it work properly, however, in helium statics it says offline! the blue and orange colors were steady which means it’s normal but in helium app it says offline. I restarted my hotspot and now the orange light is blinking and still says offline … i am 100% sure it’s connected … what does that mean?
