What am i doing wrong, and/or what am i failing to do right?
NMTech Meshsolar V.1.0
PREP:
- Nothing connected (No USB, no battery or solar power)
- 1 18650 @ 4.17V installed in battery holder, polarity confirmed
- Cell wired to black and red harness pair, (far right wires, with buttons oriented left)
- All three configuration pads shorted, as well as dedicated pads for 1S
- DIP switch 1 “on”; 2,3,4 “off”
- Antennas attached
- NTC seated
TEST:
- Battery harness plugged in
- No LEDs light in response
- 20VDC briefly applied from bench supply to solar input
- 3.3V LED lights steady
- Radio LED flashes (red, blue, green) then goes out
- LED1 flashes 8 times then goes out
- LED3 flashes once then goes out
- 3.3V LED remains lit for ~10s then goes out
No further activity observed, no bluetooth signal, etc as expected since the board apparently remains de-energized.
USB PLUGGED IN:
- 3.3V LED lights
- Radio lamp lights green then goes out
- After ~1 minute it comes on red
- Device Mgr shows “USB Serial Device”
- No Bluetooth signal
- Configuration page apparently connects but no values are updated and if i push “save configuration” it tells me “Waiting device parameters!”
