Meshpocket no bluetooth

I have just purchased the 10000 and the 5000 mAh devices and neither of them appear in my phone’s bluetooth pairing when using the meshtastic app.

The firmware was updated already

Please advise?

Update, they are both now stuck in a boot loop. Too bad I was really looking forward to trying these out, but for now they are going back to amazon.

Do you mean they keep rebooting over and over. This can happen if you have selected the wrong bin file. Or if you have selected the wrong board type. Unlikely they are both faulty.
