I placed the order 2 weeks ago but still have no shipping information.
I wrote to support a week ago but they never replied.
Should I be worried?

I would like to inform you that due to the nature of your shipment, which contains pure battery products, it cannot be shipped directly from mainland China. Instead, it requires transshipment through Hong Kong.
Currently, the items are being prepared for transfer to Hong Kong and are in the process of being processed.
We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the transfer is complete.
