Marquee LEDs on Sufficient IOT hub not working

Hello,

I have two Lora 32 (one v2 & one v3).
One is a TTN mapper device receiving GPS data from wifi and fowarding them into lorawan packet.
The other is “just” a beacon sending packet and linked to TTN Mapper android application.

I just bought a Sufficient IOT Hub to “stabilise” the first one TTNMapper (avoid rely on wifi connection) but I have some issue with it.

The first issue is the “licence” to have access to lorawan library. I don’t find any “product id” as asked by the page to retrieve licence. Do you have any idea ?

The second issue is the marquee leds don’t work at all. It’s connected the soft tells that everything seems ok but nothing is displayed.

root@root:/home/lora/rgb/multiple_rgb_spi# ./main
Note: SPI port opened and configured ok
Note: SPI write success
Note: SPI write success
Note: SPI write success

I don’t know how to investigate to understand where is the issue.

Do you have any idea ?

Thank for reading me.
