LoRaWAN License Activation Help - Please add license key to database

I have sent an email to support@heltec.cn, but no response yet. I’ve seen a lot of other posts like this and I’m somewhat confused on how this process is supposed to work.

Can you please add my key to the database for the following serial numbers?

WiFi LoRa 32 V3 - 9c973a43ca48
WiFi LoRa 32 V3 - f892b743ca48
WiFi LoRa 32 V3 - 58253b43ca48
WiFi LoRa 32 V3 - 5cacb643ca48
WiFi LoRa 32 V3 - 388db743ca48

Also if I’m completely misunderstanding what I’m doing here let me know please.

Thank you,

Mark

You may discern a pattern, you post on the forum, Heltec staff see it and respond during normal office hours for their timezone.

Seems like I was misunderstanding something, lol. Not about this part specifically, but about if it was even necessary in the first place. I was always able to return a license after inputting an ID on their license lookup tool; however, I’m struggling in that my device does not accept it as a valid license. I assumed I had just skipped this step (referring to original post on forum), but now I believe the issue lies elsewhere. When using the license lookup tool and inputting any of the above ID’s it returns a different license than before I made this post/emailed heltec support, so, I know that they’ve seen this and done something.

My board does not seem to be responding to any sort of AT command through the serial monitor. If I put it into the code in my sketch the serial monitor will print as expected, however I think that’s just text and not indicative of any command truly being performed. I searched through the forums here for similar experiences and found a few other forum posts but all of them suggest to simply use the AT command and then there’s no follow-up. What am I missing here? Any help or pointers are surely appreciated.

Thanks.

Decided on just using unofficial libraries.

Which ones? How did you make that selection?
