LoRa (V3) USB-C schematic pin assignments don't seem to agree with USB-C assignments

For example,

The LoRa (V3) schematic shows pins 2 & 11 as VUSB whereas the USB-C pinout dwgs I see as pin 2&11 as TX and RX.

I found online where CC1 (A5) and CC2 (B5) should have 5.1K resistors to ground to get 5V from the source USB-C device, whereas the LoRa (v3) schematic shows 5.1K resistors to gnd on pins 3 and 9.

What am I missing? Teach me please…

The USB interface of lora (V3) is connected to CP2102, and it does not directly communicate with ESP32-S3 using USB communication protocol. So this USB port does not need complete USB function, only D_ P、D_ N and power supply. The pin number does not match because it is a castrated USB interface.
