Lora MeshTower Locked UP won't reflash

I erased the firmware and attempted to flash the updated firmware now it will not let me load the updated firmware, What is the procedure needed to get it to see the device to load the new firmware very disgusted with the Meshtower, I purchased 2 and neither of them work and Heltec has not offered replacement boards, We were planning on purchasing 200+ nodes Heltec MeshTower units to deploy this summer, 2 were purchased for evaluation. and both units have not worked more than a few hours at a time , if this is the problems and support that Heltec provides , We will be looking at other manufactures that support their products , I’ve followed the steps provided and now it doesn’t
see the device to load new firmware., The erase completed but it would not load the new firmware and the rst button doesn’t seen to work, What is the solution to fix this problem

There is no solution, take a look on a different posts on this forum and on Reddit

The hardware is broken even if you flash it it won’t be stable, it restarts randomly and resets the configuration every couple of days
