LORA 32 V4 won't turn on?

I have 2 LORA 32 V4’s and I can’t get either one to power on. I have the model without the LCD display. I guess they both could be bad, but I have a feeling it is something I am doing.

The batteries work fine with my V3’s (18650), but I can’t get the V4 to turn on. I’ve tried pressing the buttons, holding them, etc.

Any suggestions?

Have you checked the voltages on the 3.3V and 5V terminals on the board?
