Hi ,

If I read frequently_asked_questions it states only one ADC
22 > GPIO6

If I look at the SchematicDiagram I can see the following pins as ADC -
2 > ADC1
3 > ADC2
4 > ADC3

How many are there now? And what pins?

The schematic diagram shall prevail, and those marked on the schematic diagram can be used.
