HTCC-AB02A - How do I wire a piezo vibration sensor and read the voltage?

I tried connecting the - of the MEAS vibration sensor to GND and the + to GPIO13 when I attempt something like voltage = analogRead(GPIO13); I never get a value for voltage.

You can first test whether there is a voltage value on the pin.
