HTCC-AB02 : Does it work with Raspberry Pi 3 B+?

I’m a student that is working with a CubeCell HTCC-AB02 for a project. My question is : Is it possible to connect this product with a Raspberry Pi B+ (Gateway) ? (Couldn’t find the answer on the web)
