I purchased two new HT-m2808. I connected them to the lan network and attempted onboarding. Without success. The dashboard shows firmware 1.1.5 and try latest 1.4.9. They can’t seem to update the firmware. If I try with the helium onboard app an error appears. Can you give me a hand?
