HT-M2808 bluetooth not working after power

Hi,
I have an issue to pair my heltec with the Helium app. Bluetooth is not siwtching on (no blinking of the power button). Moreover it is not possible to start bluetooth by dashboard / ip.
Orange, blue and white button are permanent on.

I have the same issue.
Hopefully we can get this fixed together.

Heltec support helped me out by remote. Pairing works now (enable bt pairing by dash connection ip)
