i have my gateway works fine, but after sometime it goes down then i unplug PoE Ethernet cable and plug again, then it works well after that the issue comes again.
Plz any suggestion?

It is most likely due to poor contact of the waterproof PoE connector.
Can you try to connect the gateway with an ordinary network cable? Observe if the same problem persists?
even though, it shows a few seconds ago in the gateway details but the cube cells are not connected
