HT-M01S firmware issues

I updated my HT-M01S to firmware 1.3 and now it just does a boot loop after connecting to the wifi network. Using - and reset, I can connect to the gateway via wifi and go to 192.168.4.1 it asks for a username and password, which does not work with HT-M01S and heltec.org as username and password. I would like to just roll back to V1.2.

Ok. I was able to downgrade the firmware back to v1.2 and it is working again following this guide. https://heltec-automation-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/gateway/ht-m01s/update_firmware.html#the-processing-method-of-overwriting-the-ht-m01s-firmware

Do you mean that the user name “HT-M01S” and password “heltec.org” cannot enter the configuration page normally in the V1.3 version?

I have the same exact issue. Did you connect the gateway to PC via ethernet cable? Also how can I know what’s the corresponding com port?

The COM port is the serial port of the HT-M01S.

My question was, where can I find this information?

You can check it in “Device Manager”.
