HT-M00 license error problem

I ordered an HT-M00 in Nov 2020. It worked fine. I recently upgraded to V2.0 firmware. The gateway stuck at “gateway starting…” The Com port response showed “M ERR::readConfig, file=/espicense2.txt does not exist” “inside license error”.

I obtained the license with ESP32 chip ID and entered the AT-CDKEY=“licnese #” command following your instruction. But it did not work.

I reloaded v1.9 firmware. It still showed “inside license error”.

What should I do next?

Here is the COM port response after I send AT-CDKEY command. Can you provide the license # based on my gateway ID?

Since V1.8 updated the license algorithm. You can send the chip ID to support@heltec.cn, and a new license will be generated for you.
