HT-M00 does not connect with TTN

I tried to connect HT-M00 with TTN but it does not connect. it is missing Dev EUI, is not printed anywhere. i see from the installation guide to read it on the serial print , what does it mean? if i connect it with my laptop it does not either show the dev EUI. please support, thank you

yes, you are right, i just both this item and also a sensor from this very same company and i confirm that are both super shitty products. shame at who makes those

The hardware itself is The Shit™ (as in, very good). The software and documentation is shit. That’s pretty much it :slight_smile:
