HT-M00 display unreadable

Just recieved an HT-M00 gateway, the display is so dim it is unreadable. Are they all like this or is there something wrong with this one?

hi,

This is normal and there is no problem with the OLED display. It’s just that the plastic case blocks the light from the OLED display.

Please refer the picture.
