[URGENT] HT-HD01 Bridge Mode not working with HT-H7608 V2 Presentation Monday
Hello,
I need urgent help. I have been trying to get bridge mode working for 2 days without success.
Setup:
- Router: HT-H7608 V2 — Firmware 2.8.5-20251023
- Dongle: HT-HD01 — Firmware 2.8.5-20250924
- Region: EU 868MHz
- Both devices side by side on my desk (30cm apart)
Router configuration:
- Mode: Access Point
- SSID: logo_halow
- Security: WPA2-PSK
- Channel 1 (863.5MHz), 1MHz bandwidth
- DCS: disabled
Dongle configuration:
- Mode: STA + Bridge
- Same SSID and password as router
Problem:
- The dongle never appears in the router’s connected devices list
- Dongle LED: green blinking, never stable
- Router shows 0 connected HaLow devices
- Even at 30cm distance, no connection established
What I tried:
- Factory reset on both devices
- Disabled DCS
- Changed channels
- Removed WPA2 (open network test)
I have a professional presentation on Monday morning with a client. This is a prototype for a system with 68 nodes. Please help urgently!
