HT-CT62 pins available for GPIO purpose

Drawing reference to the datasheet of HT-CT72, there are 7 GPIO pins (GPIOs 3,4,5,6,7,8&10) connected to the LoRa Chip. Could you advise if these pins can be used for IO purposes such as PWM output or ADC input? Does it cause the LoRa Chip to malfunction? Does the Lora Chip feed signals to these shared pins and interfere with the IO functions?

Any advice and experience sharing about using these GPIOs are appreciated. Thank you.

The purple tags in the image show which pins are connected to the internal ESP32 and SX1262 chips. Same information can be obtained from the .pdf file.
