HT-AT62 lora module with at commands - programming possible?

I’m wondering if it is possible to program in arduino or any other toolchain the HT-AT62 module?
I’m not interested in connecting another CPU to drive the module via AT commands but to load my own application inside the module (with the lorawan stack) and use it as a whole system. I’m aware the module has very few flash and ram memories. My applications is really easy class A application driven by GPIO.

This cannot be programmed.

this model uses the apt32f1104 soc and there is a toolchain, etc to crosscompile any application; if heltec provide the same libs as they provide for esp32 and the pins which connect to the lora modem, then it can be freely programmed… AT command is nice but requires an external CPU which for price and volume sensitive applications, every € count…
