How to connect Htcc-AB02S to TTN

Hi everybody.
I want to connect my Htcc-AB02S to TTN.
But I don’t know how to proceed.
I found a link on this forum:

But this link seems not working…
How can I acceed to this documentation?

One more question.
The doc indicates:
“Before that, make sure there is a LoRa Gateway active in your TTN’s account.”
Is that possible (and how) to create a gateway with the module Htcc-AB02S ?
