How to communicate between Heltec Wireless Stick lite with Cubecell HTCC-AB-01

I have a Wireless stick lite and cube cell HTCC-AB01 and I want to use Wireless stick as transmitter and HTCC-AB01 as a receiver. I tried a lot but cannot able to communicate as data is not received at the receiver.
Need Help!
