when i try to flash the GPS or OLED display sample code to the device it gives me an error
“A fatal error occurred: Could not open COM4, the port doesn’t exist
Failed uploading: uploading error: exit status 2”

I have read and tried pressing User and Reset buttons while powering up allow it to go into programming mode but this has not helped.
Has anyone encountered this and was it fixable?
PLEASE HELP
Thanks
