I just pulled the T114 out of the box to flash firmware. I get a connect and then disconnect followed by a green LED that flashes 6 seconds apart. I have the antenna connected, USB-C data cable connected to my computer with no battery. The first T114 I opened just moments before connected and I was able to flash new Meshtastic firmware to it. It is working fine. It seems like it is in a boot loop.
