Heltec Lora 32 (V3) Questions

I’d like to receive a 3 volt signal from my raspberry pi, trigger the heltec to send a signal to another heltec 150 feet away to trigger a relay, to start a generator.

  1. Can the heltec work as a standalone. Using arduino IDE can I program it to send and receive a signal, or do you need to use an arduino uno with it?

I’m not sure what you mean by “standalone” in this context, but you could use two Heltec boards in a configuration as you describe, and program them directly through the IDE, or you could just put a LoRa shield on the Pi and send the signal directly to the LoRa board you have controlling the relay controller.
