Heltec Lora 32 V3 license not found in database

Last week i received my brand new heltec lora 32 v3.2. One of them is working fine, but the other on uploading any code complains about the license and keep printing the following to serial console.

I have looked for license against this chipID at this website, https://resource.heltec.cn/search but on success. The following pop-up appear.

I have also sent email to support@heltec.cn but no response. Can somebody help me to generate/get license for my Heltec LoRa V3 board (863~928) board.

Did you get your license? I retraced your steps and the process seems to work.

That will be because the chip id will have been entered in to the database.
