Heltec indoor hotspot problem

My hotspot don’t boot up correctly , boots with white light showing afther it red light for 2 seconds going to only the startup light white and remains there, tryed to turn-off and retry over and over again , and never get the lights on to pair it with helium app , plz give me some help with it !
The red light that goes on for 2 sec is the seccond light counting from the left

Please confirm that the network is connected at startup. If still not, please provide the machine information.

Please specify what information you need , I already sent an email to support@heltec.cn but if here goes faster than even beter

We’ve handled it. Now you need to sync for a few hours to start using it.
