Heltec HT-M2808 update problem

Hey,
I have a HT-M2808 with software version 1.2.7, it has been connected via cable to the internet for some time now and won’t update to the latest. Is there any way I can update it manually.

My problem solved, hotspot updated, thanks @shaffer :slightly_smiling_face:

There is no official manual update.
You have to email support at support@heltec.cn
Tell them your hotspot is not updating and stuck at 1.2.7 firmware.
Write them your hotspot name, leave it running and connected to internet.
Oh and check spam for response.

They should response after few days max.
Also check dashboard from time to time, maybe they will force an update before sending the reply email.
