Hello my heltec does not appear synced in the helium dashboard, even if it appears synced when I paired it with my phone and it is staying in Syncing for more than 5 days. Also the firmware in the diagnostic is different from the firmware on the device dashboard.

Any ideas what could cause this? Should I reset it to factory and start the sync again?
