miner doesn´t update his firmware since many days.
It has the version V1.2.7 and is not shown as online in the helium explorer.
I have another miner with the versio n V1.3.7, so my question is:
Can i export the image from one mimer and import it to the other, or ist it not a good idea?
I have the same problem but from V 1.3.2 it can’t be updated to 1.3.7 What is the solution? I tried another, I saved the firmware but it can’t save it
I’m having same problem to, are you ever gonna respond or fix this problem
you have to write email to support: support@heltec.cn
include your hotspot animal name
leave the hotspot connected to internet
and check spam for response
