Help Please: Heltec Helium Hotspot HT-M2808 Firmware Flash

Hello I need to re flash the firmware on my Heltec Hotspot as I believe the firmware is corrupted due to power failure.

Where can I find a guide that teaches me how to reflash the hard drive and a link to download the firmware?

There are no instructions, contact: support@heltec.cn
If ssh on port 22 is not working you will probably have to send the unit back to Heltec.
