Helium miner hotspot issue

Dear support team ,
my hotspot trying to sync since 3 day ago , until now not fully sync .
in hotspot Dashboard Shows fully sync .
also the Status of my hotspot in helium Explorer is not showing ,
for dashborad you can consider making one like dashborad showing in the pic
with temperature and net speed test (ping,dowload,upload)
